American Apple phones dominated the top four spots on the list of best-selling smart phones in the world, according to a study conducted by Counterpoint Research.
Apple’s iPhone 14 mobile phone maintained the lead for the third consecutive quarter, followed by the iPhone 14 Pro Max, then the iPhone 14 Pro, then the older model, the iPhone 13.
“iPhone 14” came in first place in the third quarter of this year, up from thirteenth place in the same period last year.
The Xiaomi Redmi 12C mobile phone rose three places from the second quarter, and returned to the list of the top ten best-selling phones, and the phone recorded high sales in the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America.
Counterpoint expects global smartphone shipments this year to decline by 5% year-on-year to 1.2 billion units, the lowest level in about a decade.
