Snezana Wood and her husband Sam Wood have finally taken their newborn daughter home after she was hospitalized after her birth earlier this month.
On Saturday, The Bachelor stars shared photos on Instagram of baby Harper Jones in their arms after three weeks in hospital and intensive care.

On Friday, Snezana had her fans updated on the progress of Harper’s recovery in an Instagram post.
In addition to photos of Harper taking a bath, the 41-year-old explained that she was feeling better.
“Our dear little Harper. Three weeks – no monitors and no feeding tubes!’ wrote the delighted mother.

Last week, Snezana revealed her devastation for not being able to take little Harper Jones home.
The toddler, who was born a month early, remained in the hospital after being rushed to the ICU.
“Our little Harper is still not at home with us. It breaks my heart 1000 times a day,” she captioned the baby’s photos.

“But then I remember she’s in the best place with incredible doctors and nurses taking care of her around the clock.
‘She’s doing so well now. I know she’ll be home soon enough and her three big sisters will finally be able to meet her, but until then it’s back and forth to the hospital several times a day as I try to keep it together.”

Sam announced the news of the baby’s birth earlier this month and uploaded a photo gallery of Snezana and herself posing with Harper, as well as a caption describing his wife’s health anxieties immediately after giving birth.
Posting a photo of Snezana lying in hospital with newborn Harper, Sam, 41, wrote: ‘So here’s a story from the past five days. On Wednesday, May 4, a month early, we welcomed Harper Jones Wood into the world.
’30 minutes after this photo was taken. Snez got sick. Really sick and before we knew it Harper had to go to the special care unit and Mom was in the ICU.

“Of course, in true Snez mom fashion, her only thoughts were for her little baby and it broke her heart that she couldn’t hold her,” he said.
Sam explained that Snezana and Harper were both stricken with an infection and had to separate for five days.
“After finding an infection that both Snez and Harper had contracted and some incredible care from the nurses and doctors, they were reunited yesterday and both were fine. Swipe to the other side to see the reunion video. Daddy cried, oh it was soooo beautiful,” he wrote.
