Loans guaranteed by L.E. investment certificates: The customer may borrow against these certificates from any NBE branch in accordance with the applicable regulations and the interest rates in the date of borrowing.
Loans guaranteed by L.E saving pools (certificates): The customer may borrow against these certificates from any NBE branch in accordance with the applicable regulations and the interest rates in the date of borrowing.
Loans guaranteed by L.E fixed deposits: The customer may borrow against these deposits from any NBE branch in accordance with the applicable regulations and the interest rates in the date of borrowing.

I-score Inquiry Service
Click on “I-Score” icon
Enter your National ID No. and mobile phone No. registered with the Bank, then click “Submit” to receive an OTP.
Enter the OTP sent to your mobile phone, then click “Submit”.
Enter the details of the e-payment card to which the service charges will be debited into the Bank’s e-payment gateway, then click “Pay”.
Enter your email address registered with the Bank, click “Verify email” to receive an OTP, enter the OTP sent to your email and click “OTP”
In case payment is completed, proceed to the following step and click “Download file” to download the I-Score credit report in PDF format.
The following message will be sent to your email: [Dear customer, to view the I-Score credit report file attached in an encrypted format, enter the passcode which consists of the four digits of your birth year as per your National ID No. then * sign followed by the last four digits of your National ID No. from the right-hand side then # sign].
The cost of service is EGP 76.70 (seventy six Egyptian pounds and seventy piasters only)
