Being a NBK credit card holder, you will get guaranteed rewards at hundreds of the best local and international brands that satisfy your special taste in fashion, restaurants and other requirements that suit your lifestyle.
When you use any of the NBK credit cards (Visa, Mastercard or Diners Club) at participating outlets in the NBK Rewards Program, you will get NBK Rewards Points.
The NBK Rewards Program is designed for all NBK credit card holders (Visa, Mastercard and Diners Club).
Program mechanism
Getting NBK Rewards Points is very easy. All you have to do is use any of the NBK credit cards (Visa, Mastercard or Diners Club) at participating outlets in the program
You will get rewards of up to 20% of the basic amount spent in the form of NBK Rewards Points
How do I earn points?
Earn 10 reward points for every KD 1 spent at any of the participating stores*
You can redeem reward points at any of the participating stores
You can view the balance of the available points and their value in Kuwaiti dinars by logging into your account through the NBK Online Service or calling the NBK Call Center 1801801.

Enjoy the instant redemption of points with the NBK Rewards Program, where you can buy/shop using NBK Rewards Points at participating stores immediately.
You can use NBK Rewards points immediately to pay the value of all or part of the value of your purchases from the participating stores when you pay the bill at the point of sale machines.
A minimum reward balance of KD 5 is required in the form of NBK Rewards Points in order to be able to redeem the points immediately
You have the right to transfer points between your accounts by calling the NBK Call Center at 1801801

NBK reserves the right to make changes to the program including: the methods of earning and using points, program conditions, expiration of points earned, limits of points accumulated, modification and cancellation of the terms of the loyalty program (including the number of points granted that are valid for purchase), terms, benefits, conditions Affiliation, rewards and reward levels in whole or in part and at all times, even if these infringements may affect the value of the points or rewards that have been collected, provided that the decision rests with the National Bank of Kuwait without restriction or condition
Note that it is not allowed to transfer the points of the NBK Rewards Program to others, as card holders cannot transfer the earned points to any other person in order to obtain benefits from other customer purchases. Also, card holders cannot transfer the benefits of the points earned and accumulated in their account to others in any way or by any means. Only the cardholder whose name is registered on it is entitled to use the points equivalent to their value in Kuwaiti dinars
Any breach of the program’s terms of forgery or misuse of points or rewards exposes the holder to administrative procedures and/or legal accountability by the competent government authorities, including, but not limited to, confiscation of all transferred points, rewards, vouchers, or products that have been transferred. Obtained by redeeming points, and any points accumulated in the customer’s account, as well as canceling the customer’s bank account and depriving him of joining the NBK Rewards Program in the future
