Conditions for obtaining a purchase loan from Kuwait Credit Bank

The Economy website displays the conditions for obtaining a purchase loan from the Kuwait Credit Bank.

The Bank offers a loan of no more than (70,000 Kuwaiti Dinars) to buy a house, a ownership apartment, or a common house, or to build a governmental or private plot or on a common plot for the beneficiaries of housing care.

It is required that the property (house or apartment) to be purchased is habitable and not rented

Apartment Specifications:

The total should not be less than 360 m2
The net must not be less than 200 square meters, excluding the common share.
The cost per square meter is deducted, if the total building area is less than 360 square meters, according to the decision issued in this regard, with a maximum of (30 square meters).
If the apartment is governmental, the discounted amount may be loaned due to lack of space, provided that there are renovations.

Description of the house :

not less than 280 m2, the cost of square meter is deducted and a maximum of (30 m2), while retaining the borrower the right to obtain the discounted amount in order to build the missing space.

The commons are not separated structurally:

not less than 750 m 2 and the share of each of them should not be less than 375 m 2 not less than 280 m 2 each
