Details of subscribers loans in government homes from Kuwait Credit Bank

Kuwait Credit Bank offers a loan to subscribers in government houses in the event that a document is issued in the government house and the applicant for the real estate loan had a loan with others (his parents, one of his brothers or more) and the house was sold. His application will be considered if he forms a family according to the following cases:

If the percentage of the loan applicant with his family owning in the government house is (34%) or less, he should consider lending him the maximum amount (70,000 KD) after deducting his share of the debt balance or the release exemption.

If the percentage of the loan applicant with his family in the government house is more than (34%) and even (50%), he will be considered for lending an amount of (54,000 KD), in accordance with the terms of the regulation.

If the percentage of the loan applicant with his family in the government house is more than (50%) and up to (75%), he considers lending him an amount of (35,000 dinars), noting that if his share with his family in the government house (200 square meters or less) is considered Lending him an amount of (54,000 KD), according to the terms of the regulation.

If the loan applicant with his family owns more than (75%) in the government house, he is considered to lend him an amount of (30,000 KD), in accordance with the terms of the regulation.

The application to enter the same house may be considered in accordance with the previous conditions, noting that if the applicant and his family have a share in more than one government house, his share is collected and the above-mentioned percentages apply.

The bank has the right to change the terms or documents of the loan based on the regulations and laws.​

The Vice Chairman and General Manager of Kuwait Credit Bank, Mr. Salah Mudhaf Al-Mudhaf, and the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, Lieutenant General Anwar Abdullatif Al-Barjas, signed a cooperation protocol for the electronic link between the two sides, in the presence of a number of officials from both parties.

The official spokesman for the bank, Mrs. Habari Al-Khashti, said – in a press statement today – that the signing of this agreement between the two sides came within the framework of the endeavor towards the implementation of electronic services and electronic linkage between government agencies in a way that achieves speed in completion, and provides safe and correct information from its reliable sources in a manner that ensures Maximum protection for citizens
