We Pay wallet details and terms of use for Telecom Egypt customers

Telecom Egypt offers a smart wallet to its customers, which is an electronic wallet that provides you with a set of services to facilitate your financial transactions such as depositing and withdrawing money, paying WE bills and utilities such as (electricity, water and gas), donations and others, and you can use it anytime and anywhere easily and safely.

How to subscribe

Visit the nearest WE store with your valid national ID and SIM card registered under your name.
Fill in the subscription form and sign it.

Open the app and choose Activate Account.
Fill in your data including (Full Name – National ID No – Active WE Mobile Number), and accept the terms and conditions.
An SMS will be sent to your mobile phone to activate the App.
Create a new six-digit PIN number (do not use repeated digits, such as 5555). This Pin will be used in all transactions performed via the App.
Load the wallet and enjoy WE Pay services.

Cash in / out

You can deposit & withdraw money through any of WE stores or Fawry Outlets.
You can deposit and withdraw money through ATMs of our partners (Bank Misr, National Bank of Egypt, Bank of Alexandria, Banque du Caire, United Bank of Egypt, CIB, QNB and Bank Audi).
Money Transfer

Send or receive money to/from any other e-wallet inside Egypt

General Terms and conditions

You must have a valid national ID and a WE mobile line registered under your name.
Maximum number for each national ID is 3 wallets on 3 mobile lines..
Maximum limit for the wallet balance: 30,000 LE..
Maximum limit for daily transactions: 30,000 LE.
Maximum limit for daily cash-out: 30,000 LE.
Maximum limit for monthly transactions: 100,000 LE.
In case the line is lost or stolen, you can suspend the service by calling 565 or visiting any of WE stores.
